Kevin Hanley was all business and did everything he could to get us the right price for our home. He was attentive to our needs, and gave us some great tips on what to do with the home to get it ready for sale. He negotiated with a bunch of potential buyers, held a number of open houses, and at the end of the day he closed the deal.

I cannot say enough positive about Kevin as our realtor...where do I begin?? My family and I (myself, Husband and 3 boys ages 21, 19 and 16) moved down to Venice completely BLINDLY!!! I met Kevin a few years ago when my family and I decided to look into purchasing a second home in the Venice area. I reached out on FB for any recommendations and he replied to my post. What a nice guy! Down to earth, not pushy, listens to what you are looking for, and VERY patient (you need to be when you are dealing with us NYers!)

While home here in NY we came across a listing in Venice and I reached out to Kevin and he went to look at the unit first thing in the morning for us, didn't even hesitate! He took a video of his walkthrough so that we can get a feel of the unit, explaining the layout, features, development etc. We said we will take it and he drew up the contract and submitted our offer! It was accepted later that day and thank goodness Kevin did that because multiple offers came in but ours was the only one on paper!

While we were waiting to close, we wanted to get a few estimates on remodeling the condo. Because we were still in NY Kevin would take time out of his day to meet with contractors for us so that they can take a look at the unit to give us prices on the remodel. How many people would do that for you?
